Leila has had a passion for art for as long as she can remember. As a kid, Leila would collect comics and books, admiring the artistic skill and putting it into practice. These styles would influence her art later on, as well as inspirations from all around, including artists like Trenton Doyle Hancock, Cy Twombly, and Phillip Guston. Leila received a full tuition scholarship to attend the Houston Art League’s Summer Art Intensive in 2021. Leila graduated from Kinder High School for the Performing Arts in 2023 from the Visual Arts department. Her time attending these programs has allowed her to learn how to install art pieces, patch up galleries, and learn many mediums, including woodwork, ceramics, print, paint, photography, and many more.
